§ 116.02 ENFORCEMENT.
   This chapter shall be enforced by the city’s Police Department and shall provide prompt response to any call for assistance to a resident upon whose private property a trespass has occurred after warning by sign or other notification reasonably intended to advise a person or persons to remove themselves from such private property.
