§ 115.02 APPLICABILITY.
   (A)   A license shall be required for those persons or entities engaged in the sale of fireworks as defined.
   (B)   A separate license shall be required for each sales location.
   (C)   A license shall not be required for those persons or entities engaged in the sale of § 8(a) fireworks and not consumer fireworks.
