§ 113.08 ACCEPTANCE OF PROPERTY FROM MINORS OR PERSON UNDER THE INFLUENCE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person owning or operating a secondhand entity to take, purchase or receive personal property from any person who is under the age of 18 or who is under the influence of narcotics or alcohol.
