§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, organization or corporation who violates this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $25 and no more than $300 for each offense.
   (B)   A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
