§ 112.04 TEMPORARY USES AND EVENTS PERMIT NOT REQUIRED.
   (A)   A temporary uses and events permit shall not be required for food vendors.
   (B)   Food vendors shall not be regulated by the Westfield-Washington Township Unified Development Ordinance Chapter 6.18, Temporary Uses and Events.
