§ 74.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 70.99.

   (B)   Any violation of the conditions imposed by §§ 74.01 through 74.04 shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed that for a Class C infraction as defined by state law, per day, per incident as well as any and all fees associated with the enforcement of §§ 74.01 through 74.04.
