§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 70.99.
   (B)   The penalties that shall be provided for any violation relating to the offenses on § 73.02 shall be consistent with § 70.99 of this chapter. Each violator shall pay a fine and penalty to the city not to exceed $500 for each violation.
