(A) Parking may be temporarily prohibited for special events upon the authority of the Chief of Police, who is hereby given authority for such limitation and prohibition of parking. All motor vehicles shall observe such prohibition and limitations when proper temporary signs have been erected or placed indicating such prohibition.
(B) A police officer may have a vehicle in violation of this chapter towed and the expense of such towing and storage, shall be the responsibility of the owner of the vehicle.
