(A) The City Council shall determine upon what streets angle parking shall be permitted and shall mark or sign such streets, but such angle parking shall not be indicated upon any state highway within the city unless the State Highway Commission has determined that angle parking shall be permitted.
(B) On those streets which have been signed or marked by the City Council for angle parking, no person shall park or stand a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway indicated by such signs or markings.
