§ 70.37 VIOLATION OF STOPPING, STANDING AND/OR PARKING RESTRICTIONS.
   The penalties that shall be provided for the violation of the special restrictions on stopping, standing and parking as provided in this section shall be in accord with the penalties and procedures set out in this subchapter. In addition thereto, whenever in the opinion of the City Marshal or Deputy Marshals a stopping, standing or parked vehicle in violation of the provisions of this title constitutes an immediate hazard to the safety of the citizens of the city, the City Marshal or Deputy Marshals may have the vehicle towed from such position of danger to a containment area and the expense of such towing and storage, if any, shall be borne by the owner of the vehicle.
