§ 55.08 DELINQUENT FEES AND PENALTIES AS LIENS.
   Delinquent charges for stormwater user fee rates, services, applied penalties and recording fees constitute a lien upon the property and may be collected in accordance with provisions of I.C. 36-9-23-31, I.C. 36-9-23-32, I.C. 36-9-23-33 and I.C. 36-9-23-34.
