(A) The city shall have the right to install on any premises, such devices as are necessary in the opinion of the city to conduct monitoring and/or sampling of the premise’s discharge.
(B) The city reserves the right to require the entity of said premises to install monitoring equipment as necessary. The premise’s sampling and monitoring equipment shall be maintained at all times in a safe and proper operating condition by the entity at the expense of the entity. Data resulting from said monitoring shall be provided to the city. All devices used to measure flow and quality shall be calibrated to ensure their accuracy.
