§ 52.07 ENFORCEMENT.
   This chapter shall be enforced by the Mayor, or the Mayor’s designee, which may be, but not limited to, law enforcement, the Department of Code Enforcement, Director of Public Works, Director of Economic and Community Development, Fire Chief or their designees.
