§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates § 51.09 shall be subject to the penalties of not less than $1,000 and no more than $5,000 per occurrence, as well as attorney fees and all other costs of collection necessary to enforce § 51.09.
