The Clerk-Treasurer shall keep proper books of records and accounts separate from all other records and accounts in which complete and correct entries shall be made showing all revenues collected from the work and deposited from the Fund, and all disbursement made therefrom on account of the operation of the waterworks, or to meet the requirements of the Waterworks Utility Fund, also all transactions relating to the waterworks.
