§ 51.02 WATERWORKS UTILITY FUND ESTABLISHED; USE.
   A Waterworks Utility Fund is hereby established and may be used by the City Council in payment of principal and interest of bonds issued on account of the waterworks, construction, repair, operation and maintenance of the city waterworks.
