§ 40.07 ALLOWING AMENDMENT OF VIOLATIONS WITHIN THE NOBELSVILLE CITY COURT.
   The Judge of the Noblesville City Court is hereby granted the authority to amend infractions to ordinance violations and thus allow those persons to be eligible for deferral pursuant to the terms in place between the city and the City of Noblesville.
