§ 38.240 CREATION.
   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to create and maintain Fund 269 for the deposit and management of all sums received from the operation of the Westfield Training Center for the city.
   (B)   All funds shall be non-reverting and subject to any and all restrictions pursuant to the terms in place by any policy and procedure of the city as well as any future order of the Council.
