§ 38.225 CREATION.
   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to create and maintain Fund 270 for the deposit and management of all sums received from the sale of surplus informatics equipment for the city.
   (B)   All funds shall be non-reverting and subject to any and all restrictions pursuant to the terms in place by any policy, procedure of the city and/or future order of the Council.
