§ 38.210 CREATED.
   There is established in the city a City Facade Improvement Grant Program Non-Reverting Fund, #511100 (the “Fund”), into which shall be deposited all donations from the city as well as public and corporate citizens. The Fund shall be maintained separate and apart from all other funds of the city in accounts approved by the Clerk-Treasurer.
