§ 38.196 USE OF FUNDS.
   (A)   Monies in the Fund shall be used for any and all appropriate operating and capital expenses related to the Westfield Trail System as determined by the Council.
   (B)   The Fund shall exist until terminated by ordinance of the Common Council. Proceeds remaining in the Fund upon termination shall be deposited in the General Fund.
