§ 38.151 LIMITATION ON USE.
   Monies withdrawn from such fund shall be used by the city for such purposes as required by the city and permitted by law. In the event of termination of the fund, as provided hereafter, any balance in the fund at such time shall revert to the General Fund of the city.
