§ 38.150 CREATION.
   There is hereby created pursuant to the home rule authority stated in I.C. 36-1-3-6, a special Non-Reverting Capital Fund for the purpose of maintaining a fund for special distributions of COIT monies not otherwise encumbered or expended.
