§ 38.136 CREDIT TOWARD PROJECT FUND; APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS.
   (A)   (1)   Miscellaneous revenue fees and charges collected in a calendar year in excess of the community services department’s actual expenses are eligible to be credited to the Community Services Project Fund.
      (2)   The miscellaneous revenue fees and charges include building permit fees, Plan Commission fees, Board of Zoning fees and fees for purchase of zoning books.
   (B)   The first $10,000, within purview of Council to modify if desired, of miscellaneous revenue fees and charges in excess of actual expenditures for the Community Services Department in each calendar year will be credited to the Community Services Project Fund by the Clerk-Treasurer, and said funds are hereby appropriated for the purposes set out in this chapter.
   (C)   Funds being credited to this Fund will never cause the fund to be in excess of $50,000, within purview of Council to modify if desired.
