§ 38.121 DEPOSIT AND APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS.
   The City Marshal is authorized to collect necessary revenues from conducting training programs and seminars. Such revenues shall be credited to the Police Seminar and Training Fund by the Clerk-Treasurer, and such funds are hereby appropriated for the purposes set out in this subchapter.
