§ 38.076 PURPOSES OF FUND.
   The funds on deposit in the Cash Reserve Fund may be used to meet the city’s previously-budgeted General Fund requirements and to pay for other unexpected expenses and emergencies requiring further appropriation from the city’s General Fund.
