§ 11.02 BOUNDARY AGREEMENT ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   Ordinance 95-12, adopted on July 10, 1995, which established a boundary agreement between the City of Noblesville and the City of Westfield, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this section as fully as if attached hereto and incorporated herein, and is filed in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer.
