§ 37.072 REPORTING OF FRAUD.
   Any city employee who suspects the misappropriation of capital assets should follow the applicable requirements outlined in Ordinance 99-03. This subchapter repeals and replaces a policy (Ordinance 16-43) on materiality and the process for reporting material variances.
