§ 34.198 TRAFFIC SIGNALS.
   Any time a new development is required to install a traffic control signal device, or upgrade an existing signal, the developer shall be responsible for installing the current emergency vehicle preemption signaling equipment used by the city’s Fire Department on the new signal.
