§ 34.197 UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS; NOTIFICATION.
   Any person who supervises, manages or directs the installation, retrofitting, removal or closure of underground storage tanks shall notify the Fire and Life Safety Division 14 days prior to commencement of work; however, this requirement shall not apply in emergency repair work where 14-day notification is not possible.
