(A) The city’s Fire Department shall be notified immediately upon the activation of any fire alarm, except in the case of a supervised fire drill, periodic testing or maintenance of a system.
(B) Notwithstanding division (A) above, such notice shall be required if the alarm is directly transmitted by private line.
(C) The monitoring company shall notify Hamilton County 911 Center when the alarm is received at all times except as stated in division (A) above.
(D) Upon the receipt of a supervisory signal from a fire alarm or fire suppression system, the central station shall perform the requirements of “Disposition of Signals” as set forth in 675 I.A.C. 28-1-28.
(E) Upon the receipt of a trouble signal from a fire alarm or fire suppression system, the central station shall perform the requirements of “Disposition of Signals” as set forth in 675 I.A.C. 28-1-28.
