§ 34.151 MEANS OF EGRESS CONTINUITY.
   Any member of the Police or Fire Department who shall discover any fire escape or means of egress encumbered or obstructed in any manner shall report such condition to the Fire and Life Safety Division and the Fire Marshal shall immediately notify the owner or occupant to remove such encumbrance or obstacle.
