§ 34.067 LAW ENFORCEMENT ASSISTANCE.
   The Chief of the city’s Police Department or the Hamilton County Sheriff may, upon request of the Fire Chief or the Fire Marshal, assign such available law enforcement officers as may be necessary to assist the city’s Fire Department or the Fire and Life Safety Division in the enforcement of this chapter.
