§ 34.065 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.
   (A)   The city’s Fire Department shall have the responsibility to enforce all provisions of this chapter within its jurisdiction.
   (B)   The city’s Fire Department shall have such other powers and duties as may be conferred from time to time by law or ordinance.
