§ 34.024 EMERGENCY LINES AND LIMITS.
   The Fire Chief, Fire Marshal or their designee, may establish emergency lines and limits; and, barricade or guard from the general public such emergency lines and limits. The Fire Chief, Fire Marshal or their designee, may create an area in which only firefighters, law enforcement personnel, other emergency responders, other people or agencies having a direct interest in any property threatened by a fire, explosion, hazardous material incident, other emergency, other people, or agencies at the discretion of the Fire Chief, Fire Marshal or their designee, shall be admitted. It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to cross such emergency lines or limits.
