§ 34.020 ORGANIZATION OF WESTFIELD FIRE DEPARTMENT FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY DIVISION.
   The Fire and Life Safety Division of the Westfield Fire Department shall be under the supervision of the Fire Marshal appointed pursuant to the applicable personnel rules of the city’s Fire Department under this Chapter 34 of the city’s municipal code.
