§ 34.003 AUTHORITY.

   (A)   The Fire Chief, or the Fire Chief’s designee, are hereby authorized and directed to administer and enforce the following:

      (1)   All of the provisions of this chapter;

      (2)   Variances granted in accordance with I.C. 22-13-2-11; and

      (3)   Orders issued under I.C. 22-12-7.

   (B)   The City of Westfield Fire Protection Ordinance shall be enforced throughout the boundaries of the City of Westfield and Washington Township, Hamilton County by the Fire Chief, the Fire Marshal or their designee.
