The Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and Abbreviated Storm Water Pollution Plan review, filing, and inspection fee is part of a complete submittal and is required to be submitted to the Village of Westfield Center and the Medina SWCD before the review process begins. Please consult with Village Engineer for current fee schedule.
