1490.02 DESIGNATION OF OFFICER.

The Fiscal Officer shall be designated as the officer responsible for carrying out the duties imposed upon municipal corporations by Ohio R.C. 3929.86, and as may be amended in the future, and all regulations pertaining thereto. The Fiscal Officer is authorized to implement regulations and procedures consistent therewith that shall have the force and effect of law.
