(a) No person shall cultivate, process or engage in the retail sale of marijuana for medical purposes, whether licensed by the State of Ohio pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 3796 or not.
(b) In the event of a conflict between this section and Section 624.025, this section shall control.
(c) Whoever commits a violation of division (a) of this section is guilty of the illegal cultivation, processing or retail sale of medical marijuana.
(d) The cultivation, processing or retail sale of medical marijuana in violation of this section is a misdemeanor of the first degree.
