(a) Regularly scheduled meetings of Council, boards, committees and sub-committees of the Village shall be posted at least twenty-four hours in advance on the official website for the Village which posting shall include the time and place of the meeting(s).
(b) The schedule of special meetings of Council, boards, committees and sub-committees of the Village shall be posted at least twenty-four hours in advance on the official website for the Village unless in the event of an emergency, which posting shall include the time, place and purpose of the meeting(s). Newspapers requesting notification of such a meeting shall be notified accordingly.
(c) Any person may request reasonable notification of meetings in writing to the Village Fiscal Office and such notification will be made at the requester's cost. The Fiscal Officer will determine the method for sending the notification to the requester.
