680.08 BILLPOSTING ON TREES.

No person shall nail, tie or in any other manner fasten any card, sign or poster to any tree or shrub that is now or may hereafter be growing upon any public street, park or other public place within the Village or under control of the Village, except with the permission of the Village Superintendent.
