1480.99 PENALTY.

Whoever fails to file any of the foregoing notices with the Village as required by this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor and subject to a fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day during which noncompliance continues shall constitute a separate offense.
