(a) If the building structure on a property or vacant land that is subject of a foreclosure proceeding is filed with a court of competent jurisdiction, then the person filing the foreclosure complaint shall notify the Village in writing of the name, address and contact information for the person responsible for utility payments and maintaining the property in compliance with all applicable provisions of the Ordinances of the Village.
(b) If at any time during the foreclosure proceedings there is a change in the persons(s) responsible, then the person filing the foreclosure complaint shall notify the Village in writing of the name, address and contact person who will, or who has, assumed responsibility within ten business days of the changes.
