For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
(a) “Person” means a natural person or any legal entity included, but not limit to, a corporation, firm, partnership, trust or association, and the attorney or law firm representing a party initiating a foreclosure action.
(b) “Vacant” means that no person actually resides in any part of the building or structure on the property, or that no person conducts a lawful business in any part of the building or structure located on the property, or that there is no building or structure on the property.
