1442.01 BUILDING PERMIT PREREQUISITE TO ISSUANCE OF WATER AND SEWER CONNECTION PERMITS.

In order to provide for the health, safety, general welfare and overall integrity of the Village, it is hereby required that a building permit shall be issued prior to the issuance of water and sewer connection permits.
