1262.04 ACTION OF THE BOARD.

In exercising its powers, the Board of Zoning Appeals may, in conformity with the provisions of this Zoning Ordinance, reverse, wholly or partly, or modify, the order, requirement, decision or determination appealed from and may make such order, requirement, decision or determination as deemed necessary.
