1246.11 ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER OF DEDICATION.

After receiving the Certificate of Title and guarantees, the Village will prepare an ordinance accepting the offer of dedication. The developer is reminded, however, that before any street can be accepted by the Village, all of the public improvements must be installed.
