1246.10 CERTIFICATION AND GUARANTEES.

After recording of the plat of subdivision, the developer shall furnish the Village with a Certificate of Title to the streets and easements offered for dedication, a guarantee to pay the taxes due and owing and a one-year guarantee, from the date of Village acceptance, of all public improvements installed. For detailed requirements regarding the one-year guarantee, see Section 1242.06.
