1246.08 PERMITS AND DEPOSITS.

Before starting work on any improvements, the developer or his or her contractor shall make application to the Village. Two sets of plans shall accompany the application. Before the zoning permit is issued, the developer or his or her contractor shall deposit with the Village all appropriate fees (Exhibit V, Fee Schedule) to cover the cost of testing and inspection.
